All referrals to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) should be made to the Single Point of Access within the Cambridgeshire Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) referral unit.

Before making a referral, you can call first for a telephone consultation
All referrals to Community CAMHS should be made using the referral form below.
Please ensure that consent is obtained from the young person/parent/carer.
The screening process within the Single Point of Access will ensure that all referrals are directed to the most appropriate services.
Please telephone SPA if you need to discuss a potential referral.
We accept referrals from all professionals working with children and young people up to the age of 17 (or 18 if they have a learning disability) who are:

registered with a GP in Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon, Fenland or Peterborough

experiencing significant problems with their mental health
If a referral is not appropriate for Community CAMHS, we will guide referrers to information about other, more appropriate services.
If a referral is very urgent we will pass you to our on-call service at the local clinics.
